Who we are
Dydesys is a private
holding created in 1998 around a creative
idea: build and operate a diversified
group of companies in which Dydesys takes
majority shares, while offering executive
consulting services, both benefiting from
the sharing of management know-how and
business experience.
Based in Paris, Lyon and
Bordeaux, our investment unit counts 4
portfolio companies, niche SME's in the
fields of technology B2B products and
services, on which we build-up : ADLC and ASKCO in the field of Repair and Maintenance Services, NETCELER in Industrial Software, and VOXELIS in Multimedia Communication. We may
selectively expand into more platforms in
the future.
Our partners team is composed of two senior
professionals (Marc Pinsolle, President -
Vincent Robert, General Manager). Strong of
our business experience and close to the
reality of operations, we also offer consulting
services to executives.
We are backed by InnovaFonds and Garibaldi Participations, two French Private Equity firms active in the Rhône-Alpes region.
